Group coaching

We are living in a time of endless change. If we want to respond to these changes appropriately, we need a training of our brain and mind.

“My success is your success!” (Associate professor Lucija Mulej Mlakar, PhD)

The goal of the seminar is to understand the following principles:

  • The influence of your own ideas and behaviour on the entire team and image of the company,
  • The importance of positive / negative self-image,
  • The limits and potentials of placebo / nocebo effect,
  • To develop a balanced relationship with clients,
  • To respect the client’s privacy and work professionally.

TOPIC 1: THE ART OF PERSUASION IN REACHING COMMON GOALS

Our inner world is capable of miracles, it is capable of solving the most complex situations … If properly motivated. Today an individual alone can achieve very little. However, if one is skilled and competent to coordinate goal achievement with others, there is nothing that cannot be done. Teamwork skills are important for labour principles today and as such an represent an indispensible quality. Once we realise that our inner world influences the images we see in the world around us, we must start to deploy our imagination with caution and care. The connectedness of the inner and external worlds is corresponding! The art of persuasion builds on the character of a person who tries to solve problems in grandiose ways of correlating inner creations (thoughts, ideas) with external appearance (materialisation of these thoughts, ideas). When working in a team it is essential that we find common language of giving and taking key information, advice and directions.

“SELF-CONDITIONING AND COMMUNICATIONS”

An individual who in a given situation only sees problems is conditioned by the obstacles of the external world and admits their dominance. Such a person becomes and remains a victim of circumstances, without a clear Self and own opinion. To work in the team’s best interest we have to change the way we treat ourselves and the key players with whom we create the game.

SELF-IMAGE AND TEAM-IMAGE”

Self-image is the key to either success or defeat. The influence and power of self-image has been studied by different psychological schools, among which cognition school is particularly important.
Charisma is the power that a person acquires over oneself and the processes and shortcomings (psychological and spiritual) unravelling within the Self. This power radiates outwards. Charisma can be constructive (Gandhi) or destructive (Hitler).

  • What goes on in human nervous system when the self-image changes?
  • Self-image is a key to human personality and behaviour. If we change self-image we change the personality and behaviour.
  • Self-image defines the limits of an individual’s achievements. It defines what you can do and what you cannot. Expanding the self-image expands the area of the possible.
  • A series of scientific evidence proves that human brain and nervous system abide by the principle of cybernetics: they lead the owner toward his/her goal. This is a fully automated navigation system.

TOPIC 2: BUSINESS ETHICS

“HOW TO ACHIEVE THE BASIC GOALS OF LEADERSHIP?”

  • Creating a safe and unburdening work atmosphere as a condition for successful leadership and achievement of business goals,
  • Planning a sound company vision and its implementation,
  • Ensuring colleagues’ support.

“THE SIGNIFICANCE OF WORKING ON ONESELF FOR DEVELOPING EFFICIENT LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS”

  • Who wants to lead others must first know how to lead him/her-self,
  • The personality traits of a leader, how to develop and use them in critical moments (experience, maturity, nobility, calmness, fairness, consideration, conscientiousness, respectfulness),
  • Sensing and respecting one’s weakness – crucial for respecting employees,
  • The power of the unconscious (conflict between conscious and unconscious, how can it manifest and how to prevent it),
  • Stimulating creativity, recognising the traits of time (intuition), positive relationship with colleagues, suppliers, buyers.

“WHEN THE LEADER HAS HAD ENOUGH OF EVERYTHING – POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS FOR FEELING BETTER”

  • Recognising and preventing physical and psychical burnout,
  • Recognising the thieves of life power and how to renew it,
  • How to be in touch with one-self, with colleagues, family and friends.

TOPIC 3: THE ART OF INFLUENCING AND PERSUASION

The influence of consciousness and thinking on the reality we live in is a fact. The art of influencing and persuasion is the skill of those who have through their life or business experiences learned to “read between the lines.” This empowered them to exert greater influence on the decisions being made in the world of business and tight schedules. “Reading between the lines” is a capability to see into situations and outcomes of decision-making processes or strategies. If we want to learn how to see these processes wholesomely, we need a different approach. Moreover, creative problem-solution strategies have to be introduced: solutions upon which the success of one’s career, or a future of a team and organisation as a whole, invariantly rests. Therefore it is crucial to develop knowledge, skills and competences in the fields of psychoanalysis and cognition processes.

The seminar will address the following topics:

  • Potential and actual power of an individual,
  • Imagination (active visualisation) as mind’s workshop, from where we influence the reality,
  • Knowing your own energies of thought,
  • Errors in knowledge programming,
  • Auto-suggestion as a form of control over unconscious and subconscious which support us in our vision of success and growth,
  • Incongruence of thought,
  • NLP (neuro-linguistic programming): The perils of the robotisation of consciousness,
  • The power of suggestion.
